HomeBuilder Land Management

The HomeBuilder Land Management (HBLM) module provides a framework for managing and analyzing current land owned, planned, or optioned through a well-designed application suite. HomeBuilder Land Management provides a space to manage land at a high level or broken down to the product mix that will be offered per community.

 HomeBuilder Land Management also provides accurate tracking and reporting of projected closings and sales information, while maintaining a record of the status of the company’s land inventory. From the purchase and development of the land, all the way to opening the community, these projected sales and closings can be tracked throughout a land’s life cycle. The HomeBuilder Land Management module seamlessly integrates with Oracle’s EnterpriseOne HomeBuilder Management module to provide real time sales and closings in order to create a robust HomeBuilder solution from the land purchase to the closing of homes.

 During development, MASYC’s vision for Homebuilder Land Management was to create a module that is simple to use with the same look and feel as the current EnterpriseOne toolset, yet functionally flexible to work for different organizations within or outside of the homebuilder industry.
